If you haven’t tried the new chain of Mirko Pasta restaurants then you and your taste buds are missing out. There are currently 8 restaurants in Georgia. I recently had lunch at the Mirko Pasta Roswell location, owned by franchisee Kathy Johnson, and had a phenomenal meal. Mirko Pasta uses only the freshest ingredients and makes their breads in house daily. I enjoyed the Granny Smith Apples and Sage Sausage Ravioli. They also offer Gluten Free pasta choices.
