I know at the Urban office, we certainly do! We especially love tacos made with fresh, organic ingredients like the delicious food at Red Pepper Taqueria. After bringing on Red Pepper as a new client, my interest was piqued and I just had to try it.

Though it is true that tacos will always satisfy your craving for good Mexican food, I decided to go with the Fiesta Grilled Salad. The salad came deliciously topped with black beans, avocado, grilled corn, and pickled onions...yum! Top that off with one of their homemade dressings, (I ended up getting two because I couldn't choose just one), and you've got a healthy, scrumptious, and filling meal that doesn't leave you with that all too familiar "guilty" feeling. Not in the mood for salad? There is bound to be something that strikes your fancy on their menu.  I am also dying to head back to Red Pepper  after work hours and try one of their hand-crafted margaritas or a beer from their very cool draft tables. Hmmm.... Thursdays are "Girls Night Out" at Red Pepper, sounds like a plan!!
