Community Board Postings
Our professional street teams interact directly with the public, and your promotional materials will too. Our Promotion Specialists can reach your ideal customer base by personally placing your promotional materials directly into targeted retail shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and other local establishments.
Teams hit between 40 – 50 locations per day focusing on coffee shops, retail, restaurants, community boards, churches, schools, day-care centers and other family-oriented related businesses. All postings would be permission based. Teams will leave posters and/or postcards at all locations.
We can hit bars (if appropriate), coffee shops, retail, community boards, etc. We send you a list of everywhere we went along with pictures. We also send out a spot checker to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. We prefer a mix of postcards and posters. Postcards go quickly, posters normally last an average of 2 weeks.
Here's How It Works:
Define the Areas
Based on your brand, event, and target audience, Urban Enterprises will work with you to define the key markets in which you would like to distribute. Areas of town, or "neighborhoods", might include:
Midtown - Virginia Highlands - Roswell - Decatur - Marietta. We will also define the types of business establishments you would like to focus on. If it is a family event our target business would include family eateries, kids clothing stores, or bookstores. If it is an event targeting adults we would distribute to restaurants, bars, or coffee shops.
Get the Materials
During our community board distributions our team of staff can take out rack cards, flyers, or postcards, as well as posters to the neighborhoods we defined. For a typical distribution, we will take 15-20 posters and 1300-2500 rack cards, flyers, or postcards (depending on the weight of the paper).
Distribute the Materials
Our staff will work to distribute your materials to the neighborhoods and types of business we've defined. All of our distributions are permission based and we will only leave your materials in establishments that have given us permission to do so. We will only be representing your company when we go out and will not take out materials for any other client during your distribution.
The staff will hit 45-50 places and will document where they were able to display materials, take any important notes or feedback, and document with pictures during the distribution.
Send the Report
After completing the distribution, you will be sent a final report that will include a completed list of the businesses we hit for each neighborhood, pictures, and any feedback our staff collected.
It is important to us that we inspect what we expect. Therefore, we will send a staff member to spot check your project after completion to insure that the job was performed to our standards.
For these street team efforts we will take out posters as well as postcards.
