New Thought Marketing
I've just started working with Shayne and her team at Urban Enterprises for two of my clients, and I am blown away by how easy they are to work with, and how professional and responsive they are. Our most recent campaign had an EXTREMELY short turnaround (less than a day) and they didn't break a sweat as they marshaled all of their resources to make it happen. There are so many direct marketing options out there, but I don't know of any other that hand delivers directly to your office prospects like Urban Enterprises does. Its a great vehicle for driving traffic, and her team is top notch.

Your staff is absolutely fantastic! The ladies came right in and helped me execute the shows on both days. I could not have asked for a better staff. Mary K helped backstage and stayed on top of getting the girls on and off stage. Whitini stepped up for Cache and described the apparel as they walked the runway. The second day, Karen spoke for Cache as well. I am so thankful that you all could help me with this event!!!

"I was just writing to thank you for the staff at this weekend's "ShamRock the Station" event. The staff was wonderful!! Emma, the project manager, was especially great at keeping everything organized and making sure everyone got adequate breaks. I know it was probably not the most fun job for them, but they were all great and a HUGE help. We would not have been able to do the event without you all so thank you again for all of your help!"
"Urban Enterprises' distribution services has been an effective and affordable method to introduce the Smashburger brand to the Atlanta market. Shayne and her team have been an excellent resource for "Smashing" into the Atlanta market and I look forward to a long relationship with their company!"

Parkway Properties"I have known Shayne and her mother Jill for over 15 years, and I am proud to say we work together on a weekly basis. Urban Enterprises staffs our Guest Services booth, distributes our Peachtree Center coupons, and manages all of our Retail Marketing Events. From on-site musical performances, to our weekly Farmers Market, Shayne and her staff can handle anything. Whenever I need something done quickly, or I want some fresh ideas for tenant events, Shayne is always on hand and ready to work. She and her team can coordinate outside vendors, handle print collateral and design, and maintain good working relationships with all of my tenants. Urban Enterprises makes my job much easier, by taking daily tasks off my hands and doing everything with a pleasant, positive attitude. I would recommend Urban to anyone!"

MVO Marketing"I've worked with Urban Enterprises for several years with shared clients and as a strategic partner with my own client promotions. They have always been very responsive to my needs and go above and beyond expectations during a project. We've used their promotional staff for a variety of programs from automotive to taste events to non-profit fund raising parties. They can do it all....and always with a smile!"

Cousin’s Properties - Terminus"The roles one plays in real-estate portfolio management can be so vast that it creates a conundrum to select which act to juggle each day. One of the many responsibilities is the challenging aspect of marketing both the property itself and the businesses and brands that create its identity. Especially at a mixed-use project; arguably the most complex development format to manage.
Maintaining that particular role has allowed me the opportunity to work with several marking and public relations firms, of all sizes. Most of which provide quality services specializing in one genre or another, but only in the largest components of the industry, such as advertising and electronic marketing. What I have been extremely fortunate to find in Urban Enterprises, is a company who can be granular, working directly with our tenants on their individual needs collectively with the property, making a significant positive impact in area that is difficult to reach.
Although Urban Enterprises is a moderate size company, with several marquee clients, and it is still growing swiftly; the level of service to myself and our clients is not ascertainable by any other firm I work with. Urban Enterprises engages each tenant on a one on one basis, to provide effective solutions to allow them to broadcast their offers to a focused audience, providing proven returns. The new world of constantly chasing ever evolving technology, has made the phrase, “grass roots efforts” a non-trivial statement. Not only does Urban Enterprises' dedication shine through on the primary goal of marketing, my partnership with them is also another way to reach our tenants in an unfiltered fashion. This gives me greater insight to a tenant's needs than I could receive directly. A built in benefit, due to the nature of their services, also like no other.
Therefore, I would recommend Urban Enterprises as a very beneficial partner to have involved in any ongoing marketing effort, to garner best overall results. In doing so, you will find that Urban Enterprises will not just be a complement to a marketing plan; that in fact, it will become the base line driving force of such plan.”
